(More customer reviews)I bought this appliance after to replace the Deni 3500 meat grinder I bought from here. Despite the glowing reviews, the Deni 3500 came with grinding plates/blade that were coated in some kind of industrial grease (smelled like WD40) that would not come off and discolored when I tried to wash it in hot water and soap. (not in dishwasher as instructed)
I received this product yesterday and there is a stark difference in the steel that is used to make the grinding plates/blades on this meat grinder. Everything is stainless steel and none of the WD40 smelling stuff! This meat grinder is definitely underrated and I feel that everyone should know that this should definitely be an option if you are looking for a home use meat grinder.
I briefly spoke to their customer service representative and she was very knowledgeable on meat grinders and you could tell that this is a company that specializes in these products. And of course works very well. Enjoy!
