(More customer reviews)These are pretty good quality but make great dough.The dough blade caused me to stop using my kitchen aid stand mixer, and use the food processor instead.It makes a very soft dough, and can knead the dough for any type of bread you might be making. The only drawback is that they will break if you use them often.It's a good idea to buy 2, because you don't want to be without it when it breaks.
